Gotham Knights is a Action Role Playing Game developed by WB Games Montreal. After a week of playing this game, I can honestly say that the game wasn’t great, but it wasn’t horrible either. The combat was fun and the story was a bit interesting but the patrolling became a bit repetitive after a while. Fighting against the iconic villains associated with Batman and Gotham was the highlight of my playthrough but I hate the fact that there are only so few of them to go against. I also felt like the story ended too abruptly. Talia is gone and the court of owls never truly face any consequences making it seem like maybe this could possibly just be one part of a full story that could finish later on through another game or maybe an expansion. The game is good enough to enjoy for a single playthrough but in my opinion, there isn’t a reason to boot it back up after finishing it. It’s been awhile since this games release, so it might just be a one and done type game, but in the world of gaming anything it’s always possible to make a comeback.
